Reservation policies

In Cabañas z.16 to have your reservation secured you must make a prior deposit of Q100, if you do not make a prior deposit; If the accommodation requires the cabin, your reservation will be cancelled.
It is canceled on site and there are only partial refunds in the event that one of our accommodations generates a problem such as lack of respect or the reserved accommodation is in too poor condition.

Additional charge policies

Additional charges will be charged if you consume additional services or for property damage, such as breaking something or ruining something.

You should keep the noise moderate
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms (If non-compliance is detected, Q500 will be charged for deep cleaning)
Before leaving you must leave all glasses, plates, pans and any other kitchen utensils that you have used.
Turn off all lighting and appliances when leaving.
The permanence or movement of armed people, whether tenants or visitors, is prohibited.
High volume is not allowed in the common areas out of respect for other guests.
Only in ESTU z. 4 pets allowed.
Only a maximum of 2 guests are allowed and until 10 pm.

We accept cash in dollars or Quetzales (No other currency), cards with a 5% surcharge and only in cases of transfers from the country.
Leaving outstanding balances is not allowed.
You must pay when receiving the room or if you cannot receive it, you must leave your passport or some identification document that will be returned until payment is made.

Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
If you leave after 12:00 p.m. An extra Q50 will be charged every 25 minutes. of delay.
A Cabañas z. 16 you cannot enter before the check-in time, in the accommodations of z. 4 if they allow you to arrive earlier and leave things in a pre-established place and then return or wait in the accommodation facilities.
A Cabañas z. 16 and Apartamentos 649, entry is not allowed after 9:00 p.m., if you go towards the ESTU z. 4 if you can have an entry after 9pm. You must write to +502 3065 2446 to request instructions for automatic entry.

The accommodation is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property
The accommodation assumes no responsibility for personal injuries, accidents or illnesses that occur during the guest's stay.
The accommodation does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of all the services and amenities offered, such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, appliances, etc.
The property is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, fires, power outages or other circumstances that may affect the stay.
The property is not responsible for the conduct of other guests, and reserves the right to take appropriate measures to address any inappropriate behavior that may arise.
The property is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on its website or other promotional materials, and advise guests to verify relevant information before making decisions based on it.
